Gift Card T&Cs

The value of our gift cards can be redeemed against any current treatments provided by Home Valley Skin Clinic (HVSC), with no minimum purchase. ​The gift card balance cannot be exchanged for cash or redeemed against the purchase of another card. We do not give change or refunds on giftcards or e-gift cards. Please protect your e-gift card and treat it as cash. We cannot replace lost/deleted cards.​ Your HVSC gift card is valid for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase. This gift card cannot be used after the expiry date. Any remaining balance will be removed and the card will become invalid and no longer available for use.​ We have no obligation to remind or inform you of a gift card's expiry. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that any balance is used in full prior to expiry.​ We reserve the right to refuse to accept a gift card or e-gift card, that we deem to be tampered with, duplicated or which otherwise is suspected to be affected by fraud. We reserve the right to amend the gift card and e-gift card terms and conditions from time to time, where we consider it reasonable and necessary to do so.

Refund & Returns Policy

At Holme Valley Skin Clinic, we pride ourselves on providing high-quality skincare products and aesthetic treatments. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase or treatment, we are here to assist you. 1. Returns for Skincare Products We understand that skincare is personal, and sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. To ensure your satisfaction, we offer the following return policy: Eligibility for Returns: Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Products must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date. You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation). Non-Returnable Items: Opened or used skincare products. Gift cards. Clearance or sale items. Return Process: Contact us at info@hvskin.co.uk with your order number to initiate a return. Once your return is approved, please return the items to Holme Valley Skin Clinic, Wooldale Road, Wooldale, Holmfirth, West Yorkshire, HD9 1QG.. You are responsible for return postage unless the product is faulty or incorrect. 2. Refunds for Skincare Products Once your returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund: Approved Refunds: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. If the product was faulty or incorrect, you will also be refunded for the cost of return shipping. Non-Approved Refunds: If the returned product does not meet the return criteria, we will inform you, and the item will be returned to you at your expense. 3. Aesthetic Treatments Due to the nature of aesthetic treatments, we cannot offer refunds for treatments already provided. However, your satisfaction is important to us, and we offer the following: Treatment Concerns: If you are unsatisfied with a treatment, please contact us within 7 days so we can discuss any concerns or potential follow-up treatments. In cases where a treatment result does not meet expectations, we may offer a complimentary follow-up session or consultation at our discretion. Cancellations and Rescheduling: We require 48 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may result in a charge of 50% of the treatment cost or loss of deposit paid. No-shows will be charged the full treatment price. 4. Faulty or Damaged Products If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@hvskin.co.uk. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including return postage, if required. 5. Allergic Reactions and Patch Testing At Holme Valley Skin Clinic, we are not responsible for any allergic reactions or sensitivities to our retail skincare products. Each person's skin is unique, and we highly recommend conducting a patch test before using any new product: •Patch Testing Instructions: oFor those with sensitive skin or concerns about reactions, apply a small amount of the product to a discreet area on the inner arm. oWait 24 hours to observe any signs of irritation, redness, or allergic reaction before full application. We encourage all customers to read product ingredients carefully and consult with a skincare specialist if unsure about potential sensitivities. 6. Click & Collect Policy

At Holme Valley Skin Clinic, we currently offer 'Collection Only' orders. We strive to ensure a smooth and efficient ordering process for your skincare orders. As we order products directly from our trusted suppliers, Church Pharmacy and CosmoPro, when customers place an order, please note the following details: 1.Order Processing -We place orders with our suppliers once we receive your purchase. -Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process and order your products. 2.Shipping Times -Once your order has been received from our suppliers, we will notify you for collection. -Collection will typically be available within 1-2 business days from the time we receive the stock. -If there are any delays with our suppliers, we will inform you and provide an updated shipping estimate. 3.Shipping Collection -Free collection is available from Holme Valley Skin Clinic. We will notify you when your order is ready for pickup. 4.Tracking Your Order -Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. 5.Backorders & Availability -If a product is on backorder with our suppliers, we will notify you as soon as possible with an estimated delivery date or offer an alternative solution. 6.Damaged or Lost Shipments -All orders are checked for damage on site prior to collection.
